The college facilitates all opportunities to improve their communication skills, critical thinking abilities, innovative ideas besides, moral values, sense of ethics and responsibility. Subsequently, the enhancement in creativity and problem solving  abilities of the students pay them a lot in turn. The infrastructure of the College has been uniquely accomplished with most modern equipment. Our College has a team of qualified and dedicated faculty who devote their time not only to teaching and learning process but also for the overall development of the students as a whole. All the members of our institution are determined to put their best effort to ensure that the students of the institute receive the best training to become globally competitive professional with all human values to be useful for the society. Further, faculty from other renowned institutions are invited to deliver guest lectures to help augment their studies, sometimes even beyond the syllabus. We are hopeful that we would be able to build up our students to be technically sound, morally boosted, self confident and possessing leadership qualities, as well. Elitte College of Engineering is on a fascinating path of growth and development. It has already established itself as one of the eminent technological institutes in the state, but that is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the huge initiatives and progress the institute is making. Our faculty strength and infrastructure have been increasing to cope up with the present demand. We have a plan to initiate our Post Graduate Programmes (M.Tech) to the domains of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Science Engineering as soon as we would be eligible for the same. ECE has also a very strong Basic Science and Humanities Department comprising of faculties of Physics, Chemistry Mathematics and English subjects. The excellence in teaching and research comes from the careful choice of faculty members in which our College has not made any compromise. ECE has expanded its outreach to industry and the best academic institutions in West Bengal. Research and Publications are encouraged to a great extent in order to elevate the faculty level. Recently a new mission and vision have been adopted which would surely elevate us to become a leader among the institutes established in the new millennium. We have made a stunning beginning but there is a long way to go but I am sure, with the active cooperation of all our stakeholders, students, faculty, staff, employees, collaborators, parents of the students, governmental organizations, media and public at large, we will be able to fulfill the motto of Elitte College of Engineering
