The objectives of Training and placement department are as follows:-
To maintain close liaison with industries /institutions/ organizations to facilitate placements of the students.
To arrange for all recruitment drives and other related activities.
To plan and organize career talks & personality development programmes.
To upgrade the student’s skill sets commensurate with the expectations of the industry.
To generate awareness amongst the students with respect to future career options available for them.
To motivate and counsel students about Industry practices and improving their soft skills.
To give Industry feedback to the departments concerned for Improving student’s skill set.
To Assist faculty in inviting speakers for Guest Lectures and Technical Workshops.
3.Training details:

The Training and Placement Cell of Elitte College of Engineering has its aim to mold the students into professional and employable citizens who can readily be absorbed into the corporate world. With this in mind, the department conducts in-house training in the following areas.
General and Technical Aptitude Training
Professional Grooming and Business Etiquette and developing soft skills.
Team Building and Leadership Coaching
Though a brilliant academic score is one of the primary entry points to corporate jobs and careers, employers also look for professionally groomed and smart individuals, who are confident, articulate, and team driven.

The Training and Placement Cell also builds industry partnerships through regular interactions and internships.
