Scholarship

VESIT has instituted scholarships to help students who are meritorious and are economically weak . The following were the conditions for applying and selecting students for the scholarships

1) All students of FE, SE, TE ,BE and MCA whose family income is less than one lakh per annum and have CGPA of 7.00 and above can apply for scholarships for the year 2020 - 2021 . FE students are eligible only for Student Aid scholarships.

2) Students getting Full Tuition Fee waiver (TFWS / SC / ST / NT / SBC) are not eligible for this Scholarship.

3) Students have to fill the VES Scholarship form online.

4) Scanned copies of Mark sheets of 10th, 12th and the semesters passed should be attached along with the income certificate (for financial year)

VESIT offers the following Scholarships to meritorious and needy students:

1) Students Aid Scholarship :
The criteria for this scholarship is that the student should have a score of at least 7.00 grade and family income of less than one lakh per annum. Scholarships of Rupees Fifteen thousand each are given to 25-30 students across all departments every year.

2) Vivekanand Jyoti Scholarship :
One meritorious student from each department is given this scholarship. An Amount of Rupees Twenty five thousand each is given every year. The criteria is a grade point of at least 7.00 and family Income of less than one lakh per annum.

3) Sahayog Scholarship :
This is a scholarship by the students for the students. Any fund collected by students is used to fund one or more students.
